THE SCRIPTURES SHOWS THE FAITH TO BE THE REVEALED WORD NOT BELIEVING (Take time to follow this study meditatively).

Grace and peace in the name of Jesus Christ. According to Revelation 12:11 & Revelation 14:8-12 the faith of Jesus is what allows the saints to have the endurance or patience to not receive the mark of the beast, so it is important for us to re-examine what faith is:
<1> What is Faith: It is the evidence or proof of things hoped for or the evidence or proof of things not seen (Heb11:1). This can only be the revealed truths of God, and can be referred to as the revealed word, the doctrine of Christ, the revealed teaching of Christ, the knowledge of God, the testimony of Jesus. This alone is the evidence or proof of things hoped for and of things not seen. Believing is not evidence or proof of things hoped for or things not seen.
<2> The revealed word is the faith by which Abel obtained witness that He was righteous (Heb.11:4), Remember the Psalmist says thy word have I hid in my heart that I will not sin against thee (Psalm 119:11) that is, when the Psalmist had the revealed word in his heart he sinned not and he also would have obtained witness that he was righteous, so it is the revealed word that is responsible for Abel obtaining witness that he was righteous, not faith as believing as wrongly thought, and remember we are told that all scripture is given by revelation (revealed word) and is profitable for instruction in RIGHTEOUSNESS ...(2Tim.3:16) Thus Abel by the revealed word obtained witness that he was RIGHTEOUS. By the revealed word -faith- Noah was warned of God of things not seen, brethren believing is not what warned Abraham. By the revealed word Abraham, sojourned in the land as in a strange country dwelling in tabernacles … for he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God. The text is telling us the knowledge of heaven was obtained by Abraham through the revealed word.
Yes we must believe, but believing is to be our action upon the the subject - the revealed word of Jesus, the faith.

3> We are saved by the faith of Jesus (Gal2:16, Phil3:9, 2Tim.3:15, Rev.14:12), so even self if faith was believing it would not be our believing but Christ’s believing.
[Rev.14:12 - Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.]
<4> Hebrews 11:1 gives us the definition. The rest of Hebrews 11 gives us the demonstration of how faith works as mentioned above.
You will see in the chapter of hebrews 11; by faith Abraham ..., By faith moses ...., By faith Abel ..., by faith Rahab ..., by faith the elders ..., by faith Noah...and it would call upon you to reflect on the knowledge or the revealed word they had in their mind as their experience that allowed them walk in the will of God, so you would behold a demonstration of faith in practice by the saints as the Holy Spirit works on your mind as well.
<5> The bible tells us that faith is something that is heard (See Gal.3:2,5 below) - Do you hear believing.
The faith is something that is preached (See Gal.1:23 below) – is believing something preached, no, but the revealed word is preached.
[Gal.3:2,5) "This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? .... He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, doeth he it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?"
Gal 1:23 But they had heard only, That he which persecuted us in times past now preacheth the faith which once he destroyed.]
<6> The reveled word or the faith is that which was once delivered to the saints at a point in time
(See Rom.6:17 quoted below ) and that we are to contend for because ungodly men had unknowingly crept into the church and turned the faith (which is also called the Grace of God) into lasciviousness/ lustfulness (See Jude 3 quoted below). - do we contend for the believing, no. We contend for the truth or the revealed word. Was the believing delivered to the saints at a point in time. No. It was the doctrines of Christ or the faith.
[Rom.6:17 But God be thanked, that ye were the servants of sin, but ye have obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine WHICH WAS DELIVERED YOU.

Jude 3 "...ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints. For there are certain men crept in unawares,.. ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness]
<7> It is something that the unreasonable and wicked don't have, this is why they can't please God (See 2Thes.3:2 & Heb.11:6 quoted below), however the wicked can trust and believe.
[2Thes3:2 And that we may be delivered from unreasonable and wicked men: for all men have not faith.
Heb.11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.]

<8> It is a revelation that comes by the hearing of the word (See Rom.10:17 below).
[Rom.10:17 -So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.]

<9> It is what we are justified or made righteous by (See Rom5:1 below) in obtaining the spiritual mind that we may have peace with God instead of having the enmity against God the carnal mind has, that it cannot please God (See Rom.8:6-8 below).
[Rom.5:1 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:
Rom.8:6-8 6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.
8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.]

<10> - believing is a mental work of the mind, and is of ourselves, while the revealed word is a gift of God, so we can’t boast of our mental work saving ourselves (See Eph.2,8,9), so believing cannot justify us. But faith is not of ourselves and is truly a gift of God.
[Eph.2:8-9 "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that NOT OF YOURSELVES: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast."]

<11> The revealed word is the means by which we are saved through grace ( See verse Eph.2:8 quoted above). This is confirmed by James 1:21 which tells us it is the word that saves. See text quoted below:
[James 1:21 "lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls."]

<12> It is what makes us children of Abraham or children of God (Gal.3:7,26).
[ Gal.3:7 - Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham.]
The engrafted word with its principles of godliness alone in the mind could effect Righteousness in a person by God Himself, believing is ourselves and has no such power as that which is from God though the faith of Jesus.

<13> It is the means by which we receive the blessing of the Holy Spirit of Truth (Gal.3:14).
Gal.3:14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

<14> The thing that allows one to live just (Gal.3:11,Rom.1:17) for in the faith - the revealed word – is the righteousness of God is revealed (Rom.1:16,17).
[Gal.3:11 ... The just shall LIVE by faith. (After-all did not the bible tell us man is to LIVE by every word of God (Matt4:4).
Rom.1:16-17 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believest.... For therein (the word of faith that is preached not the believing) is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.]

<15> It is made up of word and is preached (See Rom.10:8 quoted below).
Rom.10:8 "But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach"

<16> [Psalm 119:11 Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.]
Thus let us ready ourselves for the end by taking heed to the word of God and proper doctrinal teachings, the faith of Jesus.

WHAT OUR INQUIRY ABOUT OURSELVES SHOULD BE?

WHAT OUR INQUIRY ABOUT OURSELVES  SHOULD BE? We are in the very last days, we are told that the last controversy will be very short. “We are standing on the threshold of great and solemn events. Prophecies are fulfilling. The last great conflict will be short, but terrible. Old controversies will be revived. New controversies will arise. We have a great work to do. Our ministerial work must not cease. The last warning must be given to the world. There is a special power in the presentation of the truth at the present time. How long will it last? Only a little while.” Ellen G. White, Selected Messages bk. 3, pg. 419. And in view of the lateness of time, what should be the inquiry of everyone? We are told: “The inquiry of everyone should be ‘whose am I? To whom do I owe allegiance? Is my heart renewed? Is my soul reformed? Are my sins forgiven? Will they be blotted out when the time of refreshing shall come?” Ibid, pg. 419. We must needs examine ourselves to see if we are

DID ELLEN G. WHITE EVER CALL THE S.D.A. CHURCH BABYLON IN ANY WAY? BY NYRON MEDINA

In the Bible is brought to view the following statement: “And after these things I  saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was  lightened with his glory. And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying,  Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird. For all  nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the  earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are  waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies. And I heard another voice  from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her  sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.” Revelation 18:1-4. Of this Scripture  we are told that it speaks about the Church, fallen because of sins. “In amazement  they [the people] hear the testimony that Babylon is the church,

IMPUTED AND IMPARTED RIGHTEOUSNESS EXPLAINED By Nyron Medina

IMPUTED AND IMPARTED RIGHTEOUSNESS  EXPLAINED By Nyron Medina Statement of the case 1. Imputed and imparted righteousness are usually seen as different things in apostate  theology; they are presented as happening either successively or at the very same time,  but they are presented as two different salvific functions.  “In this most illuminating paragraph, the writer traces two distinct phases in the process  of our salvation—two complementary aspects of the plan of redemption—which are in a  certain sense successive, but at the same time simultaneous; two different operations of  the same righteousness of Christ, which alone can satisfy the demands of divine justice  and make saints of us. Let us analyze in outline form these two phases:  A. THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF CHRIST BY WHICH WE ARE JUSTIFIED.  1. It is imputed to us, which is, credited, granted freely without our earning it.  2. It provides our right to heaven. It is the only merit we can claim.
