ANSWERING AN IMPORTANT QUESTION WITH SOME ADDITIONS

I was asked by my Face book brother the following question.
"May I ask sister Denise, do you ask Jesus daily to forgive your sins or not?
My reply
1Jn 2:1 My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous: Now my brother If I sin I humbly repent and believe the truth and God will forgive me or justify make or make me sin free again. also since forgiveness is also the giving of grace or our daily bread to keep us in sinfreeness, I do pray asking God for forgiveness daily.

One need to understand what is the science of forgiveness it is the giving for grace, grace is giving to the ungodly, the grace is given to justify the ungodly, to the saint the giveness of grace is to maintained sinfreeness an it is by God grace or mercy that he blots out our pass sins if we are found sinfree with the character of Christ in us.
TAKE A LOOK AT THE WORD FOR-=PROVISION + GIVNESS
THIS IS THE GIVING OF THE PROVISIONS OR MERITS OF GOD
My dear brother I will like to further bring clarity on the topic of praying for forgiveness of sin and what type of sins God is now forgiving us of now.
let us first look at the categories of sins , so we would know what to ask forgiveness of now.
The bible speaks of the sin of the carnal-mind which is idol values, See Roms 8:6 and Eze 14:3 Son of man, these men have set up their idols in their heart, and put the stumblingblock of their iniquity before their face: should I be enquired of at all by them?
Eze 14:4 Therefore speak unto them, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Every man of the house of Israel that setteth up his idols in his heart, and putteth the stumblingblock of his iniquity before his face, and cometh to the prophet; I the LORD will answer him that cometh according to the multitude of his idols;
Eze 14:5 That I may take the house of Israel in their own heart, because they are all estranged from me through their idols"
IDOLS IN THE HEART IS IDOLS VALUES IN THE HEART OR MIND, this is the same as THE CARNAL-MIND. or THE THOUGHTS OF THE FLESH, because of the carnal mind we also at the same time has PRESENT SINING sinning, an example of this in the bible is found in Act 8:18 "And when Simon saw that through laying on of the apostles' hands the Holy Ghost was given, he offered them money,
Act 8:19 Saying, Give me also this power, that on whomsoever I lay hands, he may receive the Holy Ghost." Present sinning which, presently, in the very moment in the acts of sin,

Then there is Past sin which are just committed, so it is immediately a past act of sin. an example Act 8:20 But Peter said unto him, Thy money perish with thee, because thou hast thought that the gift of God may be purchased with money.
Act 8:21 Thou hast neither part nor lot in this matter: for thy heart is not right in the sight of God.
Act 8:22 Repent therefore of this thy wickedness, and pray God, if perhaps the thought of thine heart may be forgiven thee.
Act 8:23 For I perceive that thou art in the gall of bitterness, and in the bond of iniquity.

Next we have Historical Past Sins. These are sins that a person has committed in the past, but has ceased from committing them now, so that he no longer commits them 1 Cor 6:9-11.
Now the sins that God is forgiving us of now is the sins of the carnal-mind, the forgivness of the carnal-mind is called justification, in which God make the repentant sinfree. see Act 13:38.39, Rom 4:5-7, In Acts it is called the thoughts of the heart forgiven Act 18:22 See also Ezekiel 36:25-27.
It is the Righteousness of God , God Himself is geven into the heart through the Spirit to indwell in the person as a replacement for the Idol-values See Jer 23:5,6, Rom 3:22 Ps 40:10 1 Jn 4:12,13)
What is the next sins that a person have yet to forgiven for.
they are Historical-Past sins, I before stated that Historical-Past-Sins are sins no longer committed.1 Cor 6:9-11 the forgiveness of those sins take place in the Investigative judgement. We know this to be so, because what sins of the person that come to the Judgment are Historical past Sins, because it is these sins in the in Ihe Book of Iniquity that he is judged for.. They are only historical records, recorded in the books Dan 7:9,rev 20:12, please also look at Acts 3:19, this is also called a future hiding of a multitude of sins if the person is first made sinfree James 5:19,20 this occur in the Judgement day (1Jn 4:16,17; 1Pet 4:8). now we can go more into this at a latter date I hope you appreciate this study, and go it over. asking the guidance of the Holy-Spirit.

WHAT OUR INQUIRY ABOUT OURSELVES SHOULD BE?

WHAT OUR INQUIRY ABOUT OURSELVES  SHOULD BE? We are in the very last days, we are told that the last controversy will be very short. “We are standing on the threshold of great and solemn events. Prophecies are fulfilling. The last great conflict will be short, but terrible. Old controversies will be revived. New controversies will arise. We have a great work to do. Our ministerial work must not cease. The last warning must be given to the world. There is a special power in the presentation of the truth at the present time. How long will it last? Only a little while.” Ellen G. White, Selected Messages bk. 3, pg. 419. And in view of the lateness of time, what should be the inquiry of everyone? We are told: “The inquiry of everyone should be ‘whose am I? To whom do I owe allegiance? Is my heart renewed? Is my soul reformed? Are my sins forgiven? Will they be blotted out when the time of refreshing shall come?” Ibid, pg. 419. We must needs examine ourselves to see if we are

DID ELLEN G. WHITE EVER CALL THE S.D.A. CHURCH BABYLON IN ANY WAY? BY NYRON MEDINA

In the Bible is brought to view the following statement: “And after these things I  saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was  lightened with his glory. And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying,  Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird. For all  nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the  earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are  waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies. And I heard another voice  from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her  sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.” Revelation 18:1-4. Of this Scripture  we are told that it speaks about the Church, fallen because of sins. “In amazement  they [the people] hear the testimony that Babylon is the church,

IMPUTED AND IMPARTED RIGHTEOUSNESS EXPLAINED By Nyron Medina

IMPUTED AND IMPARTED RIGHTEOUSNESS  EXPLAINED By Nyron Medina Statement of the case 1. Imputed and imparted righteousness are usually seen as different things in apostate  theology; they are presented as happening either successively or at the very same time,  but they are presented as two different salvific functions.  “In this most illuminating paragraph, the writer traces two distinct phases in the process  of our salvation—two complementary aspects of the plan of redemption—which are in a  certain sense successive, but at the same time simultaneous; two different operations of  the same righteousness of Christ, which alone can satisfy the demands of divine justice  and make saints of us. Let us analyze in outline form these two phases:  A. THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF CHRIST BY WHICH WE ARE JUSTIFIED.  1. It is imputed to us, which is, credited, granted freely without our earning it.  2. It provides our right to heaven. It is the only merit we can claim.
