UNDERSTANDING THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD THAT IS DIFFERENT FROM THE LAW IN ROM 3:21

21 But now the righteousness of God WITHOUT (Greek- chooris) the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets;

SO WE CAN SAY THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD THAT IS APART FROM THE LAW-(THE TEN COMMANDMENTS) Psalm 119:172.
of we can say the Law of Righteousness Rom10:5

WHAT IS THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD THAT IS DIFFERENT TO THE LAW ? IT IS YHWH (GOD, HIMSELF), IT IS HIS DIVINITY, IT IS LOVE OR GOD.
Jer 23:5-6
5 Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will raise unto David a righteous Branch, and a King shall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment and justice in the earth.
6 In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely: and this is his name whereby he shall be called, THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS.
