Can a women teach Bible study?

Gal 3:28

Acts 18:26

Acts 10:34
34 Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons;
Scriptures do not contradict itself, there are female prophetess eg Deborah and female teachers eg Priscilla, in the bible. We need to understand what 1Tim 2;11 is speaking about rightly dividing the word of God. Paul was addressing a particular matter of women speaking outside the authority of the scriptures. Once the Holy-Spirit is upon one mind, gender does not hinder the work of God the Holy-Spirit is not gender blocked that is why the scripture said there is neither male nor female IN CHRIST.
The female gender is not sin, sin is the transgression of the law. When the Holy-Spirit is upon your mind you will testify of God love, "there is no dumb dogs in Israel"

Imputed and imparted righteousness are usually seen as different things in apostate  theology; they are presented as happening either successively or at the very same time,  but they are presented as two different salvific functions.  “In this most illuminating paragraph, the writer traces two distinct phases in the process  of our salvation—two complementary aspects of the plan of redemption—which are in a  certain sense successive, but at the same time simultaneous; two different operations of  the same righteousness of Christ, which alone can satisfy the demands of divine justice  and make saints of us.
