It is impossible for God to lie; Therefore God cannot declare the sinner righteous before first making him a saint or righteous.
I am now a saint saved by renewing grace.
Revelation 14:12 KJV
Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.
1 Corinthians 1:2 KJV
Unto the church of God which is at Corinth, to them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called (to be) saints, with all that in every place call upon the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both theirs and ours:
Note: the actual Greek says "them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called Saints" "to be" is supplemented and generally placed in italics. This means when a person is Sanctified or set aside for Holy use by being in Christ Jesus they are Saints ( the Greek word hagios meaning holy is translated Saint).
