The Ceremonial laws which were included in what was termed Moses laws were separate from the moral law itself which was placed in the ark of the covenant. Moses law refers to that which God uttered to Moses, then written by Moses and kept in the side of the ark. Moses law would obviously contain Moral laws with the Ceremonial law, because the Ceremonial laws were teaching aids to show forth the Divine nature of God -Love- thus enlightening and empowering the soul in keeping the Moral law.
Christ incarnation and life and death abolished the system of the handwriting of ordinances. Why? because Christ give a more clearer testimony of God's love in the plan of salvation than was done by the symbols and ceremonies. That testimony of Love given empowers obedience to the moral law.
P.S. Within those laws Moses wrote are civil laws and health laws, these laws are derived from the principles of the 10 commandments and are moral in nature. Health laws are related to thou shall not kill. Laws with regards to sexual relations are related to thou shall not commit adultery, so it would be foolish to reason these things are Ceremonial laws in nature, thus should be abolished.
