A Blessed New Year

A Blessed New Year
Unto you first God, having raised up his Son Jesus, sent him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities - Acts 3:26
(Note what God gives in blessing man, he gave His Son to bless us by turning us away from sinning)
Every time you sin you build back the old man which was destroyed (Gal.2:17-18, Rom.6:6-7 quoted below). The old man being the old carnal way of thinking as it is written in Prov.23:7 as a man thinketh so is He.
And every time you repent you are converted and restored in perfect holiness (Acts 3:19, Psalms 51:7,10 quoted below). Thus you become a new creation as it is written in 2 Cor.5:17-18 the person in Christ is a new creation, old things are passed away, all things have become new and all things are of God. This is by God's indwelling power - see Phil.2:12-13 quoted below - by which also we are to maintain obedience with fear and trembling.
This brings us to a further explanation of why Jesus was sent to us, which is for us to live through Him - See 1 John 4:9, for when we live in Him He also lives in us working in us to will and to do of His good pleasure, in this way blessing us in turning us away from our iniquities.
Galatians 2:17-18
"But if, while we seek to be justified by Christ, we ourselves also are found sinners, is therefore Christ the minister of sin? God forbid.
18 For if I build again the things which I destroyed, I make myself a transgressor.

Romans 6:6-7
6Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.
7 For he that is dead is freed from sin.

Acts 3:19 Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord. (Conversion means replacement, thus to be converted is to replace the old man with the new man see also Col.3:9-10 & Eph.4:22-24).
Note: The bible does not teach a saved born again experience is two men fighting in you or two natures fighting in you - a carnal sin nature and a divine nature contending in a person. The bible teach you either have the old man alive in you or the new man alive in you.
Psalms 51:7,10
7Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow.
10 Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.

Philippians 2:12 -13
12 Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.
13 For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.

Note: the experience of sinfreeness or the experience of salvation is something to be worked out with fear and trembling this means salvation cannot be the idea of righteousness being placed on an account in heaven, cause we can't work out a salvation ideology that is not an experience. The experience of salvation is an experience of God as Righteousness in us (Jer.23:5-6) in the same way we are told to have an experience of Love is to have God Himself dwelling in us. He offers to dwell in us in our thoughts if we repent and believe - to make us holy and to keep us holy.
Thus Sinfreeness or Holiness or Sinfree perfection or Righteousness within is only a repentance away. And remember unless you are made pure by being born from above you shall not enter the Kingdom (John 3:3,5 & 1John 4:7, 1John 3:7 & 1 John 2:29). And except we endure in the experience of salvation to the end we shall not be saved in the investigative judgement - Matt.24:13.
So my dear Facebook friends God hath sent His Son to bless us in turning everyone of us away from our sins (Acts 3:26) so repent and believe the word of the gospel and be made sinfree. And maintain the gift of a sinfree experience with earnest and reverential diligence, by keeping God in your thoughts moment by moment.
A Blessed and Sinfree New Year to you through the indwelling of Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour.

WHAT OUR INQUIRY ABOUT OURSELVES SHOULD BE?

WHAT OUR INQUIRY ABOUT OURSELVES  SHOULD BE? We are in the very last days, we are told that the last controversy will be very short. “We are standing on the threshold of great and solemn events. Prophecies are fulfilling. The last great conflict will be short, but terrible. Old controversies will be revived. New controversies will arise. We have a great work to do. Our ministerial work must not cease. The last warning must be given to the world. There is a special power in the presentation of the truth at the present time. How long will it last? Only a little while.” Ellen G. White, Selected Messages bk. 3, pg. 419. And in view of the lateness of time, what should be the inquiry of everyone? We are told: “The inquiry of everyone should be ‘whose am I? To whom do I owe allegiance? Is my heart renewed? Is my soul reformed? Are my sins forgiven? Will they be blotted out when the time of refreshing shall come?” Ibid, pg. 419. We must needs examine ourselves to see if we...

DID ELLEN G. WHITE EVER CALL THE S.D.A. CHURCH BABYLON IN ANY WAY? BY NYRON MEDINA

In the Bible is brought to view the following statement: “And after these things I  saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was  lightened with his glory. And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying,  Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird. For all  nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the  earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are  waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies. And I heard another voice  from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her  sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.” Revelation 18:1-4. Of this Scripture  we are told that it speaks about the Church, fallen because of sins. “In amazement  they [the people...

IMPUTED AND IMPARTED RIGHTEOUSNESS EXPLAINED By Nyron Medina

IMPUTED AND IMPARTED RIGHTEOUSNESS  EXPLAINED By Nyron Medina Statement of the case 1. Imputed and imparted righteousness are usually seen as different things in apostate  theology; they are presented as happening either successively or at the very same time,  but they are presented as two different salvific functions.  “In this most illuminating paragraph, the writer traces two distinct phases in the process  of our salvation—two complementary aspects of the plan of redemption—which are in a  certain sense successive, but at the same time simultaneous; two different operations of  the same righteousness of Christ, which alone can satisfy the demands of divine justice  and make saints of us. Let us analyze in outline form these two phases:  A. THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF CHRIST BY WHICH WE ARE JUSTIFIED.  1. It is imputed to us, which is, credited, granted freely without our earning it.  2. It provides our r...
