WHAT DOES PAUL MEAN WHEN HE SAYS THAT THE LAW IS SERVED WITH THE MIND BY HE HIMSELF?

Thus when Paul says that the law is served with the mind by he himself (Gk.
Autos ego, I myself), he means that he is a Pharisee with righteousness by works.
(Rom. 7:25,6,18,20; Rom. 9:31,32; Rom. 3:20; Phil. 3:9).
Paul in the following scriptures speaks of His past life as a Pharisees in which (Autos ego, I myself) did works righteousness without Christ.

Philippians 3:4-6 KJV
Though I might also have confidence in the flesh. If any other man thinketh that he hath whereof he might trust in the flesh, I more: [5] Circumcised the eighth day, of the stock of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, an Hebrew of the Hebrews; as touching the law, a Pharisee; [6] Concerning zeal, persecuting the church; touching the righteousness which is in the law, blameless.
