The UNGodly and Unconstitutional arguement for the removal of the buggery laws of Trinidad and Tobago. (By Roger Hume - Research Officer of the Thusian Institute for Religious Liberty)
The main argument of the sodomite is that the buggery laws is unconstitutional therefore violates the rights of the sodomites. This argument is to cloth their unnatural sex practice as normal and the society must accept this as a right sex behavior. However, it is a misleading, wrong, and deceptive use of the word 'rights'. Rights are human rights. The first thing we must hold in our minds is that man was created by God. God created two genders: Male and Female. God made them with equal human rights. Thus rights comes from God, this mean that rights are inalienable. Our Constitution of Trinidad an Tobago acknowdges these truths and realties of humanity, existence in our society and nations of the earth. Therefore it is God who defines our understanding of rights. Rights are not actions, they are not doing things, they are life preserving principles of equality for all under law. Sodomites and actvitist who use the fallacious propaganda aguments claiming that the buggery laws are unconstitutional is invalid, for the buggery laws potect the venerable children, women and men from dangerous predators. Buggery is an unnatural sex activity. For our posterior was not created by God for sexual activity or for projectiles to be used as an activity there. These practices brings about many diseases. The removal of the buggery laws therefore will lead to public health crisis for many people who have been restrained by this law would have a legal justification to do these abominations thus inviting the judgement of God as had happened to the five cities on thw plain located around the dead sea. Sodom, Gommorah, Admah, Bela and Zeboim.
