REST IN CHRIST don't mean no more rest of Sabbath keeping, the bible never teaches that.
There is rest to the soul when one take the yoke of Christ. That yoke is in coming unto Him and learning of Him according to Matthew 11:29.
"Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls."
To learn of Christ is to learn the truth which makes you free from sinning, this means solemn devotion to His will in obedience to His commandments by the faith of Jesus - the revealed truths of Christ which you learn from Him. This is the rest or the peace of the Spiritual mind as opposed to the carnal mind which is at enmity with God (Rom.8:6-9)
When you learn of Christ you know Christ and when you know Christ in your personal experience who keep His commandments, look what the bible says about knowing Christ.
1 John 3:6
"Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him."
So let us who are truly God's people the true believers enter into His rest - Heb.4:3-6
