Why Thusia SDA has advanced so far above the rest in doctrinal formulation, I asked myself? Why has God worked so profoundly in this movement in bible doctrine and more?
1. The movement was built in the 1980's on the important doctrine of Righteousness by faith. 'Original pioneering members being a study group in the Adventist church, after seeing the truth, confronted the local conference in lengthy meetings on the issue of the 1888 message which Sis White said was rejected. These members were eventually dis-fellowshipped. Here we see this church starting off with a bang on the same ground the General Conference organization have left off. Anytime a movement focuses on the message of Righteousness by faith in its verity I am sure it will be attended to with God's deepest regard.
2. The main pioneering minister (Bro. Nyron Medina) had from the beginning of his ministry even while in the General Conference SDA church recognized he had to put aside man's explanations on doctrine and go directly to the bible. Hence he did not find himself putting new wine into old wine skins, which is to attempt to force traditional historical false positions into the interpretation of the scriptures. In this way the Holy Spirit had an unchained mind to work with who was dedicated and fully given over to Him.
3. The Thusia SDA church is like a college with bible teaching classes like as that which goes on in the colleges for the pastors, where participation is encouraged, to add to the study or query what is being said. Tell me why the pastors must learn the truth in a class setting but the membership in a different setting?
Members after catching the Spirit of En-THUSIA-SM in Thusia (the church) follow the recommendations that are given to build libraries with many pastoral scholastic books e.g. the New Testament Greek Word study dictionary by Spiros Zodhiates, ofcourse the Strongs exhaustive concordance and the Greek Interlinear by George Ricker Berry and ofcourse Ellen g.White books, also books exposing evolution, and hords of other books, some to understand in a comparative way the teachings of different religions, others on Jeffersonian Republicanism and Communism and others on church history, which is important in understanding prophecy. In this way the minister dynamically prospers himself and the hearers in truth because he is involved in preparing studies for an enlightened and informed church. Furthermore because the ministers show themselves faithful in feeding the flock God blesses them with a lot more.

4. There is no lording over God's heritage in that there is no hierarchical order of church government where one person or group of persons are to direct the working of the church in the world or locally. In this way God is able to trust the ministers as stewards of his precious messages as there is no usurping of the position of Christ as head of the church. And the minister espouses the position that we are all fellow servants and of their brethren that have the testimony of Jesus (Rev.19:10).
If a brethren converts someone to the truth he has the privilege to baptize that person, it is not taught that someone has to have some kind of ecclesiastical authority and power of rank to baptize a person. The same Spirit that works in the Evangelizing member to convert the person is the same Spirit that makes him qualified to baptize.

Brethren are encouraged to write tracts and booklets and distribute it.
There is not one person with the title of pastor per say, instead several elders or individuals mature in the faith carry out the function of pastoring.
Our churches in different parts of the world operate autonomously. No centralize papal church structure.

P.S. Thusia is the Greek word for sacrifice, denoting our acceptance of God's sacrifice for us, and the sacrifice of ourselves towards God and towards others as a result .
