NEW LIGHT ON THE SEALING

The Reformation was to gradually progress back to the truth until it reached the development of a sinfree body of Christians call the 144,000. (Dan. 11. 31-35; Rev. 14:1,4).
This 144,000 was to be sealed just before the destruction of the world. Rev. 7:1-4.
A seal is a symbol of a name. 1 Kn. 21:8.
A sign is a seal. Rom. 4:11.
Since the Sabbath is a sign of YHWH’S name, the Sabbath is the seal of God. (Ex. 31:13; Eze. 20:12,20).
In the Sabbath commandment God’s name is repeated three times, thus the Sabbath is the seal of God. Ex. 20:8-11.
God’s name is YHWH. Ex. 3:15,18; Ex. 6:3,6,7; Isa. 42:8.
Spiritually speaking, the heart is to be sealed. Songs of Solomon. 8:6.
Since the Sabbath is the seal of God that has His name YHWH in it, the name of God in the foreheads (hearts) of the 144,000 means that they are sealed with the use of the Sabbath. Rev. 14:1.
The Spirit of God seals us from conversion until the very day of redemption. Eph. 4:30.
We are given the Spirit of God into the heart when we are justified. (Gal. 3:7-9,14; Gal. 4:6).
Justification is the gift of Righteousness into us, and since Justification gives us the Spirit, then we get the Righteousness of God within us when we get the spirit. (Rom. 3:22; Rom. 8:10).
When we are justified we are made to keep the law of God. Rom. 3:28,30,31.
The sealing of the Spirit, is thus to seal the law of God in God’s people. Isa. 8:16.
The Sabbath teaches and gives the experience of sin-free-ness, keeping the Sabbath is being in the experience of sin-free-ness or it is not sinning, this is keeping the whole law and not offending in one point, thus to seal (settle) people in the law of God, is to seal (settle) them in Sabbath keeping (of sin-less-ness) or to seal them with the use of the Sabbath. (Isa. 58:13,14; Isa. 56:2; Jam. 2:8-12).
The Sabbath experience is the experience of Righteousness. (Isa. 56:1,2); this means:
a. Keeping the Righteousness of God in the heart. (Rom. 3:22; Isa. 51:1; Jer. 23:5,6).
b. Keeping the works righteousness of the law. (Ps. 119:172; Rom. 2:26; Rom. 8:4).
Thus those who are sealed with the Sabbath are sealed in Righteousness, thus are sinfree. 1 Cor. 15:34.
The sealing is a confirmation that YHWH God is true (as seen by Faith) in the minds of those who are sealed. Jn. 3:33.
The seal of YHWH shows that YHWH knows those people who belong to Him; they are they that named YHWH Christ by departing from all sin. 2 Tim. 2:19.
We are to love YHWY with all our soul, mind, heart and strength, and those who truly keep the Sabbath in which is God’s name, loves God’s name. (Deut. 6:4-6; Isa. 56:6).
Thus the Reformation way back to the Sabbath which causes sin-free-ness, was meant to cause the creation of the 144,000 who keep the whole law and is thus sinless. (Isa. 58:12-14; Jam. 2:8-12; Rev. 14:1-5).
The 144,000 are the first fruits or prime specimens of all the saved in all history, who keep the law and faith of Jesus Christ. Rev. 14:1-4,12.

WHAT OUR INQUIRY ABOUT OURSELVES SHOULD BE?

WHAT OUR INQUIRY ABOUT OURSELVES  SHOULD BE? We are in the very last days, we are told that the last controversy will be very short. “We are standing on the threshold of great and solemn events. Prophecies are fulfilling. The last great conflict will be short, but terrible. Old controversies will be revived. New controversies will arise. We have a great work to do. Our ministerial work must not cease. The last warning must be given to the world. There is a special power in the presentation of the truth at the present time. How long will it last? Only a little while.” Ellen G. White, Selected Messages bk. 3, pg. 419. And in view of the lateness of time, what should be the inquiry of everyone? We are told: “The inquiry of everyone should be ‘whose am I? To whom do I owe allegiance? Is my heart renewed? Is my soul reformed? Are my sins forgiven? Will they be blotted out when the time of refreshing shall come?” Ibid, pg. 419. We must needs examine ourselves to see if we...

IMPUTED AND IMPARTED RIGHTEOUSNESS EXPLAINED By Nyron Medina

IMPUTED AND IMPARTED RIGHTEOUSNESS  EXPLAINED By Nyron Medina Statement of the case 1. Imputed and imparted righteousness are usually seen as different things in apostate  theology; they are presented as happening either successively or at the very same time,  but they are presented as two different salvific functions.  “In this most illuminating paragraph, the writer traces two distinct phases in the process  of our salvation—two complementary aspects of the plan of redemption—which are in a  certain sense successive, but at the same time simultaneous; two different operations of  the same righteousness of Christ, which alone can satisfy the demands of divine justice  and make saints of us. Let us analyze in outline form these two phases:  A. THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF CHRIST BY WHICH WE ARE JUSTIFIED.  1. It is imputed to us, which is, credited, granted freely without our earning it.  2. It provides our r...

EGW QUOTE ON SINFUL NATURE

We are told that Jesus had our “sinful nature.” “He took upon Him our sinful nature.” Ellen G. White, Signs of the Times, 7/30/02. “In him was no guile nor sinfulness,….yet He took upon Him our sinful nature.” Ibid. From what we have just read, we see that the term “sinful nature” for Mrs. White does not mean that the person has sin for she says that Jesus was sinfree. But what does sinful nature mean that the person? A. It means human nature affected by sin not infected with  sin. B. It means human nature weakened by sin, but not resided by sin. C. This is the Mind, Emotions/Passions, Flesh and Experience weakened by sin, but not necessarily indwelt by sin. D. It is quite true that man’s sinful nature, a nature weakened by sin, in the average sinner may have sin in it. So sinful nature for the sinner in sin is a nature weakened by sin, but the man has sin in this nature. E. This means the man has sin in his Mind, Passions/Emotions, Experience, and sin in his flesh is sin in his Mi...
