True Christianity and preparation for Jesus' 2nd coming is an individual matter, not one achieved by group association of any kind, not even with the true remnant people of God.
If you are truly seeking God, let your interest be because of His love and that your heart is moved by your seeing of your need of him; not because of someone else' decision. For if the latter be your lot then your interest is not genuine and will not be sustained, So when the trials and tests come they will expose your real intention (or lack thereof for Christ). It will only be a matter of time.
These are serious and perilous times and they will get worse, and you must want true Holiness and Godliness in such a way that you will stand for God come what may. No time for pretense and hypocrisy; God knows the heart and tries the motives and none can deceive him.
May you give yourself a chance for with Jesus you have nothing to lose but the world, which is nothing and which to lose is actually your gain of Jesus. Think on these things and choose Christ TODAY. Amen.
