The purpose of Christ life and suffering unto death was to give a knowledge of God to effect righteousness

Ask yourself if salvation is based on believing Jesus died in place of you, would it be fair for a person to be lost because they died without hearing Jesus died in place of them.
The truth is all who live righteously based on whatever light that came to them shall be saved. And the purpose of Christ life and suffering unto death was to give a knowledge of God to effect righteousness
Rom.2:14-16
For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves:

15 Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another;)
16 In the day when God shall judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ according to my gospel.
Revelation 22:11-12
He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.

12 And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.
P.S. I asked my mother the above question when I was 13 years old but got no answer, it was in speaking to a Thusian many years later the explanation of the truth was given. Praise be to God.
