EXAMINE THE WORD OF GOD TO KNOW WHAT IS THE FAITH OF JESUS, DON'T HAVE THE UNINSPIRED DOCTRINE OF THE COMMON MAN ON THE STREET WHO HOLD FAITH AS BELIEVING DUE TO TRADITION AND NOT DUE TO EXAMINING THE SCRIPTURES.

Grace and peace in the name of Jesus Christ. According to Revelation 12:11 & Revelation 14:8-12 the faith of Jesus is what allows the saints to have the endurance or patience to not receive the mark of the beast, so it is important for us to re-examine what faith is:
What is Faith: It is the evidence or proof of things hoped for or the evidence or proof of things not seen (Heb11:1). This can only be the revealed truths of God, and can be referred to as the revealed word, the doctrine of Christ, the revealed teachings of Christ, the knowledge of God, the testimony of Jesus. This alone is the evidence or proof of things hoped for and of things not seen.
Hebrews 11:1 gives us the definition. The rest of Hebrews 11 gives us the demonstration of how faith works.

The revealed word is the faith by which Abel obtained witness that He was righteous (Heb.11:4), Remember the Psalmist says thy word have I hid in my heart that I will not sin against thee (Psalm 119:11) so the Psalmists also obtained witness that he was righteous in sinning not by the reveal word – faith. That faith or revealed word by which Abel obtained witness that he was righteous is spoken of in 2Tim.3:15,16 when we are told; “the Holy scriptures are able to make thee wise unto salvation through FAITH which is in Christ Jesus”, we are further told that the scriptures is given by revelation (revealed word) and it is profitable for instruction in righteousness that the man of God may be perfect (2Tim.3:15,16) . Thus it is by the revealed word/FAITH that Abel obtained witness that he was righteous, so faith is not trusting or believing as some think faith to be.
By the revealed word/FAITH Noah was warned of God of things not seen (Heb.11:7), he was not warned by trusting or believing which is a verb, but by the knowledge of faith – which is something (a noun) that could warn a person.
“By the revealed word/faith Abraham, sojourned in the land as in a strange country dwelling in tabernacles … FOR he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God (Heb.11:9-10).” Abraham had a knowledge of the new city to come through the revealed word that motivated him to endure living in a strange country while dwelling in tents, the text is not telling us he was motivated by his trusting or believing, because what is given as the motivational factor is a knowledge he had. Believing is something you do after being convinced a knowledge is true, that is why faith is referred to as “substance” or “evidence”, that is, faith or the revealed word gives substance or foundation upon which to believe but the believing is not the faith.

We are saved by the faith of Jesus, see Gal.2:16, Phil.3:9, 2Tim.3:15, Rev.14:12, so even if faith was believing it would not be our believing but Christ’s believing.

The bible tells us that faith is something that is heard (Gal.3:2,5) - Do you hear believing. I quote “2 This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the HEARING OF FAITH? 5 He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, doeth he it by the works of the law, or by the HEARING OF FAITH?”
The faith is something that is preached (Gal.1:23) – is believing something preached, no, but the revealed word is preached. I quote: “23 But they had heard only, That he which persecuted us in times past now PREACHETH THE FAITH which once he destroyed (Gal.1:23).”
Faith is something that we are told was once delivered to the saints (Rom.6:17 & Jude 3) and that we are to contend for (Jude 3) because certain ungodly men had unknowingly crept into the church and turned the Grace of God which is through faith (Eph.2:8) into lasciviousness/ lawlessness (Jude 3,4) - do we contend for the believing, no, we contend for the revealed truths of the gospel (for example we contend for the faith by discussing the truth or preaching the truth), and furthermore it is not believing or trusting that was given to the saints at a point in time but the knowledge of the gospel.
2Thes.3:1,2 tells us to pray to be delivered from wicked and unreasonable men, for all men have not FAITH, so faith is something that the unreasonable and wicked don't have. This is why they can't please God, as we are told in Heb.11:6, “without faith it is impossible to please God”, however the wicked can trust and believe whatever they wish (James 2:19 tells us the devils also believe and tremble, but they don’t have the revealed righteous truths of the Holy Spirit as their experience).
Faith is a revelation that comes by the hearing of the word, as we are told in Rom.10:17 “faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God”. The issue here is reveal truth which are revealed principles or teachings in Righteousness are given to us to be indwelling principles in us, the focus is not having an experience of trust or believing as faith within, but of receiving the word to obtain the revealed Righteousness therein.
Faith is what we are justified by (Rom5:1) in order to have the righteous spiritual mind in place of the unrighteous carnal mind as we are told in Rom.5:1 “Being justified by Faith we have peace with God, and Rom.8:6 tells us to be spiritually minded is life and PEACE but to be carnally minded is death.” This implies the peace of the spiritual mind is obtained by justification by faith since justification by faith gives one peace – Rom.5:1. Believing or trusting does not contain Righteousness in it (Rom.1:16-17) to justify anyone, it is only the revealed word that contain the Righteousness of God, that a person would obtain the righteous spiritual mind in place of the carnal mind when they are justified by faith. Furthermore Isaiah 53:11 tells us “by His knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many” since faith alone is what justify it is understood that faith is the same knowledge spoken of in Isaiah 53:11. So faith is not the action verb words of trusting and believing but the something noun word of “revealed truth”.
Eph.2:8-9 tells us “by grace are ye saved through FAITH; and that not of ourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” Believing is a mental work of the mind, and is of ourselves thus it cannot be faith, while the revealed word which is faith is a gift of God, so we can’t boast of saving ourselves, as revealed truth is a gift, faith is the gift of reveal truths given from God through the Holy Spirit, so believing is not faith.
The revealed word/faith is the means by which we are saved due to the grace of God (Eph.2:8 - For by grace are ye saved through faith.... ). This is in harmony with other scriptures like 1Peter 1:23 & James 1:21 that tell us we are saved by the word. This implies faith is the same revealed word that saves.
It is what makes us children of Abraham or children of God as we are told in Gal.3:7 “they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham”, and in Gal.3:26 we are told; we are children of God through the faith in Christ Jesus. This brings to mind that we have the same character or social traits as Abraham and God through faith, so that we are referred to as their children when we have their righteous principles of truth (faith) as our personal experience.
Gal.3:14 tells us we receive the promise of the Spirit through faith, this is in harmony with other scriptures like 2John9 that tells us we need to have the doctrine of Christ to have God, or John 14:6 which tells us Jesus Christ is the truth, which implies when we abide in the truth, we abide in Christ.
Faith is the thing that allows one to live just (the just shall live by faith - Rom.1:17) because the righteousness of God is in it (Rom.1:17) that it may come their experience by God when they believe it. This is explained in Rom.1:16-17 where we are told the gospel is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth, … for therein the righteousness of God is revealed out of (Gk. Ek = out of) faith into (Gk. Eis = into) faith. “Into faith” identifying that the person goes into the experience of the faith and its righteousness when they believe the faith revealed in the gospel and the Righteousness of God therein. I quote: “16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed out of faith into faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith (Gal.1:16-17).”
Habbakkuk 2:4 is the original place from where the common phrase used by Paul comes from (See Rom.1:17, Gal.3:11, Heb10:38), I quote: "Habb.2:4 Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but THE JUST SHALL LIVE BY HIS FAITH ('emuwnah [em-oo-naw]'). Now remember the old testament was originally written in Hebrew. The Hebrew word 'emuwnah (em-oo-naw') is what was found in the Hebrew and translated as the word "FAITH"
The Hebrew word "E'MUWNAH" is translated 12 times in the old testament as "truth" and at no time is it translated as "believing" or "trust" or "confidence". So when Paul wrote "the just shall live by faith" his understanding would have been "The just shall live by Truth". Note the thought here is not, the just living by believing, but truth.
The faith is made up of word and is preached, as we are told in Rom.10:8 “ … that is, the word of faith, which we preach.” It is not the word of believing/trusting that is preached.
1John 5:4 tells us they that are born of God overcometh the world through the faith. Now the bible clearly tells us in 1 Peter 1:21 & James 1:19 that a person is born of God by the word, so it is understood they that are born of God through the word overcometh the world by the said word or faith that made them born of God and continue to abide in them. I quote “For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith”.
We are told in Rev.14:12 “here is the patience of the saints here are they that keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus (which is the revealed word). The context of this verse relates to those who were able to endure and not receive the mark of the beast (Rev.14:9-11). The text tells us the way how the saints endured or had patience, i.e. they kept the commandments of God and the revealed word or the faith of Jesus that they sin not, which has a similar conveying thought of Psalms 119:11 where the Psalmists says “Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee”. Thus let us ready ourselves for the end by taking heed to the word of God and proper doctrinal teachings, the faith of Jesus. As it is written “4 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith (1John5:4).”

WHAT OUR INQUIRY ABOUT OURSELVES SHOULD BE?

WHAT OUR INQUIRY ABOUT OURSELVES  SHOULD BE? We are in the very last days, we are told that the last controversy will be very short. “We are standing on the threshold of great and solemn events. Prophecies are fulfilling. The last great conflict will be short, but terrible. Old controversies will be revived. New controversies will arise. We have a great work to do. Our ministerial work must not cease. The last warning must be given to the world. There is a special power in the presentation of the truth at the present time. How long will it last? Only a little while.” Ellen G. White, Selected Messages bk. 3, pg. 419. And in view of the lateness of time, what should be the inquiry of everyone? We are told: “The inquiry of everyone should be ‘whose am I? To whom do I owe allegiance? Is my heart renewed? Is my soul reformed? Are my sins forgiven? Will they be blotted out when the time of refreshing shall come?” Ibid, pg. 419. We must needs examine ourselves to see if we are

DID ELLEN G. WHITE EVER CALL THE S.D.A. CHURCH BABYLON IN ANY WAY? BY NYRON MEDINA

In the Bible is brought to view the following statement: “And after these things I  saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was  lightened with his glory. And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying,  Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird. For all  nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the  earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are  waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies. And I heard another voice  from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her  sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.” Revelation 18:1-4. Of this Scripture  we are told that it speaks about the Church, fallen because of sins. “In amazement  they [the people] hear the testimony that Babylon is the church,

IMPUTED AND IMPARTED RIGHTEOUSNESS EXPLAINED By Nyron Medina

IMPUTED AND IMPARTED RIGHTEOUSNESS  EXPLAINED By Nyron Medina Statement of the case 1. Imputed and imparted righteousness are usually seen as different things in apostate  theology; they are presented as happening either successively or at the very same time,  but they are presented as two different salvific functions.  “In this most illuminating paragraph, the writer traces two distinct phases in the process  of our salvation—two complementary aspects of the plan of redemption—which are in a  certain sense successive, but at the same time simultaneous; two different operations of  the same righteousness of Christ, which alone can satisfy the demands of divine justice  and make saints of us. Let us analyze in outline form these two phases:  A. THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF CHRIST BY WHICH WE ARE JUSTIFIED.  1. It is imputed to us, which is, credited, granted freely without our earning it.  2. It provides our right to heaven. It is the only merit we can claim.
